Processing Time

We process orders as soon as possible after we receive them, typically on the same day they're placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

We offer internationally shipping, although international deliveries may take longer to arrive.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at info@cozzz.co. We’ll respond within 24 hours and work quickly to resolve the issue.
