How to Start a Return

To begin your return or exchange, simply email our customer care team at info@cozzz.co. We’ll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

Return Shipping

We will provide a printable shipping label that you can use to return or exchange your order. If possible, please try to return your order in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

Want a different size? We’re happy to exchange your order at no extra cost. Just email info@cozzz.co and we'll initiate an exchange for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@cozzz.co with a photo and description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
